LMW, a forward-thinking Human Resources and Recruitment firm, entrusted OPUS with the renovation of its executive offices in Chalandri. The objective: to craft a workspace that feels inviting, refined, and human-centered — a place that welcomes both clients and team members with equal warmth.

At the heart of the design lies the human element. The entrance was envisioned as a space of quiet inspiration, featuring a curated wall of LMW quotes paired with seminal works by influential authors. A bespoke typographic motif of the word “human” was developed and elegantly applied to the angular glass partition — a subtle yet striking visual anchor.

Inside, the atmosphere unfolds through earth-toned textile curtains and soft textures, creating a sense of comfort and understated elegance throughout the office. Custom furniture pieces follow clean, minimalist lines, balancing functionality with aesthetic purity.

The restrooms were reimagined with a warm palette of red and beige, introducing a surprising moment of character and intimacy in an often overlooked space.

The overall color scheme leans into natural, grounded tones, promoting clarity and calm. More than just a workspace, the redesigned offices reflect LMW’s core identity — a people-first organization that values connection, professionalism, and everyday presence.
