At each construction or renovation project, the Project Manager is the supervisor and the responsible for the total project completion. In cooperation with the Opus Management Department, the Project Manager monitors and controls all the possible parameters that may arise and delay the project delivery. Some of these parameters are the work schedule, the agreed costs’ compliance, and the delivery of each individual work, according to the agreed deadlines.
