Land + Sea + Sky Summer Estates

OPUS developed the “Land + Sea + Sky Summer Estates” concept and completed the total study and design of the facilities, in order to create a “summer village” in beautiful Aegina, at the Saronic Gulf area. The complex consists of 15 autonomous summer residences of 75sqm each, on two floors. The architectural study was carried out, taking into consideration the environmental parameters and its’ special features, in order to achieve the harmonious integration of the residences in it.

The residences are all oriented in a way to provide sea view to the recreational areas. Also, the natural light has been used like a building material, considering that it appears everywhere in the house throughout the day. The smart design of the residences offered large indoor and outdoor spaces and visual lanes, although the total area of ​​the houses is not large.
